Description: Rehabilitation of the Hospital with (260 beds )

1- Rehabilitation of Hospital Lobbies ( Private, Public & Emergency) with total of 260 beds including replacing
of all Bathrooms..
2- Supply and Erect Four Passengers and Service Elevators ( 1600 kg each ).
3- Rehabilitation of Residential buildings for Doctors accommodates (Married & Singles) with all services and utilities.
4- Replacing floors with PVC tiles (12,000 m2) , Marble works for floors and interior decoration and the work of Coating with epoxy (11,500 m2)
5- Supply and erect Pager & Call System, Fire Detection System ,CCTV ,Central Time.
6- Construct Fire Fighting system including Tanks, Pumps, Pipes & Fittings.
7- Construct Roads, Walkways & Rain sewer for whole project area ( 18,000 m2 ).
8- Construct and Furnish complete Kitchen & Cold Store.
9- Supply and erect Central Cooling System with capacity (1440 Tr ) , VRV System with capacity of ( 150 Tr )( 21 ) Pump.
10- Supply and erect Water & Steam Boilers with Pumps.
11- Supply and Install of ( 26 ) AHU’s , Air Fans & ( 650 m ) insulated Ducts.
12- Supply and erect water purification system (RO) for Kidney Dialysis Building & Waste water treatment unit.
13- Supply and erect Complete Electricity system with Four Generators ( 1 MVA ) for each one with Fuel tanks and pumps.
14- Supply and erect of one 1000 KVA Transformer (11/0.4 KV).
15- Supply and erect UPS System ( 960 KVA ) with all Batteries & panels .
16- Supply and install Hundreds of Electrical panels (H.V. & L. V.) including Distribution Panels, Operating panels..etc.
17- Supply and erect the High Voltage ,Low Voltage , Signal Wires and Control network including the overhead and ground cables with total length more than ( 20 Km )
18- Supply and install all Electrical Wiring inside and outside buildings with more than ( 8000 ) Electrical points.
19- Supply and erect Complete Oxygen & Medical Gas systems.
20- Supply and erect St. Steel Roofs and Coating X-ray rooms with Lead sheets..
