Description: The work includes rehabilitation of two destroyed building (A+B) . Building (A) consists of (11) floors, the area of each floor is (1000 m2), Building (B) consists of (6) floors, the area of each floor are (710 m2).

1- Rehabilitation of ( 220 ) rooms at Building A.
2- Rehabilitation of ( 65 ) Rooms at Building B.
3- Rehabilitation of ( 100 ) bathrooms and water closet inside the two buildings.
4- Supply and erect Nine Elevators ( 1200 Kg ) from KONI ( Finland ).
5- Supply and install Three Chillers from ( CARRIER / USA ) each with ( 600 Tr).
6- Supply and install Two Cooling Towers from ( Evapco / USA ) each with ( 750 Tr).
7- Supply and Install Pumps, Pipes, Ducts for HVAC System for the two buildings.
8- Supply and construct all Marbles for Ground, Decoration , Cladding and all Louvers at front of the Building.
9- Supply and Construct all roofing with Concrete tiles with about ( 2,000 m2 ).
10- Supply and Install CCTV System for the two buildings with a special Control Room.
11- Supply and Install complete Fire Detection System.
12- Supply and install Hundreds of Electrical panels ( H.V. & L. V. ) including Distribution Panels , Operating panels ..etc
13- Supply and install all Electrical Wiring, Switches and Feeding Points inside and outside buildings with Road lights,
with more than Hundreds of Kilometers.
