Description: Establishing a Low-cost Housing complex in Thi Qar Province within the Poverty Alleviation Strategy in the Governorate of (712) Housing units.

1- Removing and cleaning the site from Debris and vegetation
2- Building the two-story Houses (each floor represents a Housing unit) using Clay bricks and roofing with concrete with the implementation of all internal Services including Water and Sewage network, Electricity points and Lights
3- Purchasing materials and Implementation of the Roads network with an area of (81,000 square meters)
4- Purchasing and implementation of a Sewage collection network for the whole site, using pipes of different diameters with a total length of (7,000 meters) and dozens of manholes.
5- Purchasing Equipments and implementing a Sewage Pumping Station for the purpose of connecting to the main network (containing of Submersible pumps, Electricity generator, Operating and Control panels and everything required by work).
6- Purchasing and implementation of rainwater collection network for the whole site, using pipes of different diameters with a total length of (6,000 meters) and dozens of manholes.
7- Purchasing Equipments and implementing a Rainwater Pumping Station for the purpose of connecting to the main network (containing of Submersible pumps, Electricity generator, Operating and Control panels and everything required by work).
8- Purchasing and implementation of the Domestic water supply network to the whole site ( all Housing units ) , the work includes the purchasing and implementation of a Ground tank with a volume of (1,300 cubic meters) of galvanized iron plates, pumps, network of pipes of different diameters with a length of more than (6,.500 meters) and dozens of valves
9- Purchasing and implementation of the Firefighting water network for the whole site and the work includes the purchasing equipments and implementation of the fire pump system according to the international standards (Diesel pump, Electrical pump and Jockey pump) and the network of pipes and valves and all that is required by the work
10- Purchasing Equipments and Implementation of an Electricity network for the whole site includes (17) Transformers, (240) High and Low tension poles, Lighting poles, Tens of kilometers of cables, Overhead and Ground lines and dozens of electrical panels
