Description: Design, Construction of Hospital for COVID-19 Patients Baghdad / Kerkh with 100 Beds.

1- Design The complete package of Architectural, Structure, Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical Drawings and Tables.
2- Clean and remove of Debris from the three locations ( each with about 11,000 m2).
3- Survey Works and fix the building coordinates.
4- Fixing Columns Foundation Reinforcement.
5- Construct Sewage Networks which is to be laid under the Base Concrete layer.
6- Supply & Erect the steel structure for the three buildings for each site.
7- Supply and erect Water network, Water Tanks and Pumps.
8- Supply and Install of Three HVAC Systems each with total of ( 220 Tr , 11 AHU’s & ( 900 m ) of insulated Ducts.
9- Supply and erect Complete Electricity system of Nine Generators ( 600 KVA ) for the three sites ( 3 per each location ).
10- Supply and erect Three UPS Systems ( 140 KVA ) with all Batteries & panels , One for each location.
11- Supply and install Tens of Electrical panels ( H.V. & L. V. ) including Distribution Panels , Operating panels ..etc
12- Supply and erect the High Voltage ,Low Voltage , Signal Wires and Control network including the overhead and ground cables.
13- Supply and install all Electrical Wiring inside and outside buildings with about ( 600 ) Electrical points.
14- Supply and erect Sandwich panels Walls, Partitions & Roof for three buildings at the three location ( total ground area of 11,000 m2 ).
15- Supply and construct PVC layer, Ceramic & Epoxy Flooring ( total ground area of 11,000 m2 ).
16- Supply and Construct Acoustic and Metal False ceilings ( total area of 11,000 m2 ).
17- Construct of Car Park and internal Roads for each site.
