Project location :- The project lies in Al-Fallujah district / Al-Anbar province.

Project description :- It includes construction of a general hospital, capacity (200) beds, with a complete maternity hospital on the piece of land numbered (9/23585), territory (1) Al-Fallujah. The area of the hospital is 82,500 m2. Area of building is (30,000) m2 by (150) m2 for one bed.

Work includes all the functional and technical requirements and the supplements belong to the hospital and submitted by Ministry of health. The hospital consists of four floors including four operations halls, one operation hall for maternity, one operation hall for women and emergency hall containing (32)beds, (16) beds for men and (16) ones for women equipped with a special entrance and opened outlet for this suite. The hospital equipped with Western elevators No.4, two of them for passengers and the other two elevators for transportation of the patients beds to the operations halls. There is a building for machines, electrical and mechanical equipment and fuel and water tanks, this building is connected with hospital building by a tunnel under ground.

The hospital is equipped with the latest service systems such as the medical gases system from the British company (ITC) with an oxygen generator, firefighting system, fire alarm system nurses central call system, the time adjust system, central cooling system with capacity (2700) Ton from American Carrier company consists of (6) chillers and complete electricity system with electrical transformers No.3 and water for human use system which implemented by using pipes from Georg Fischer (Italian – German company).

Equipped, installed and operated:-

Unit for heavy water treatment, a burner to get rid of hospital waste and water purification system (RO) for kidney disease wing.

Developed medical devices (MRI + CT scan + X-rays … etc.) from Phillips Company.

Laboratories at a high level of processing (German & English origins).

A complete residential building for doctors accommodates (100) ones with all services.

A complete electricity system with two generators type Perkins (English origin) with a capacity of (1) MVA for each one.

A complete administrative wing with emergency outlets.

A complete cooling system with a capacity of (2700) ton type Carrier (USA origin).

Roads, sidewalks and rainwater drainage network were done.

Three coffee shops were done, one coffee shop in each floor.

Central kitchen of Italian origin with insulated kitchen for patient’s food.

Central laundry with automatic washing equipment (Italian origin).

Specialized maternity hospital:

It consists of four floors including maternity operation halls, preterm infant’s halls, specialized consultant clinics and two elevators, one for passengers and another for patients beds transportation from and to operations halls.

This hospital is connected with the general hospital (200) beds mentioned above.

The project was done in 20/03/2010 and according to what fixed in the final acceptance certificate.

The company got a certificate of thanks and appreciation to implement this project within the determined period and according to the technical conditions and specifications.
