Project Description : – The project includes rehabilitation of two destroyed building (A+B) because of the bombing and ruin during the Building (A) consists of (11) floors, the area of each floor is (1000) m2, the total number of rooms is (220).

Building (B) consists of (6) floors, the area of each floor are (710) m2, the total number of rooms is (65)

The work included:-

– Supply, installation and operating (9) elevators, type Kone, with Finnish origin, load (1000-1200) Kg i.e. from (13-16) people.

– Supply, installing and operating (3) chillers, type Carrier, American origin, capacity for each is (600) ton.

– Supply, and installation and operating (2) towers, type Carrier, American origin, capacity for each is (750) ton with all pumps, pipes and ducts to feed the floors of two buildings with the corridors and the halls.

– Supply and installation and operating security cameras for inside and outside the two buildings (A+B).

– Rehabilitation of all the floors of two buildings including the halls, rooms and corridors, the work included the flooring, walls and bathrooms, their number is (100), ceramic and sanitary works in addition to works of construction, louvers, decorations, whiting, plaster and surfaces works.
